During real hot galvanizing production, surplus molten zinc and zinc accretions on the workpiece from molten zinc are unavoidable because of different shapes. Influencing the appearance quality of the galvanized workpiece as well as increasing the zinc consumption notably, they raise the after-galvanizing treatment work amount. In order to solve this difficult problem, our company organized technical personnel to cooperate with some galvanizing factories, and has developed “special vibrator for hot galvanizing”. Long-term operation and experiment indicate that the vibrator has stable work property, excellent accretion-eliminating results and low repair rate. It is warmly welcomed and well received by hot galvanizing factories.
